DiMare immigrated to the United States from Italy. When DiMare died in 1926, his son-
in-law Joe Fazio took ownership. Five generations later, Fazio’s Bakery is still using the

built on. Located on The Hill in St. Louis, since 1902, Fazio’s Bakery is the largest
